Registration Scholarship Sponsor –This sponsorship allows for an individual to attend the conference. Please note that this sponsorship only covers the cost of registration and not travel or lodging costs.

 

Cost for this sponsorship - $250.00 per scholarship

 

Benefits – Acknowledgement in the conference program as a Registration Sponsor

                 – Acknowledgement on the conference website as a conference sponsor

 

 

Conference Logo Pen Sponsor – This sponsorship allows for one company to place their logo on pens that

will be distributed to all conference attendees.

 

Cost for this sponsorship - $750.00

 

Benefits – Your company logo imprinted on the conference pens

                  - Acknowledgement in the conference program as the conference pen sponsor

  - Acknowledgement on the conference website as a conference sponsor

 

 

Conference Name Badge Wallet Sponsor – This sponsorship allows for one company to place their logo on

name badge wallets that will be distributed to all attendees.    

   

 Cost for this sponsorship - $1,000.00

 

Benefits – Your company logo imprinted on the conference name badge wallets

                  - Acknowledgement in the conference program as the conference name badge sponsor

  - Acknowledgement on the conference website as a conference sponsor

                  - Two (2) complimentary conference registrations

                  - One (1) complimentary half-page advertisement in the conference program

 

 

Conference Participant Bag Sponsor – There are multiple options for this sponsorship.  One company

can choose to have just their logo imprinted on the attendee bags or multiple companies can have their

logos printed on the bags that will be distributed to all attendees.

 

Cost for this sponsorship - $5,000.00 (Full Sponsorship)

                                                      $2,500.00 (Partial Sponsorship)

 

Benefits – Your company logo imprinted on the conference bags

                  - Acknowledgement in the conference program as the conference bag sponsor

  - Acknowledgement on the conference website as a conference sponsor

  - Two (2) complimentary conference registrations

Continental Breakfast Sponsor –This sponsorship allows for one company or multiple companies to provide

for each day's Continental Breakfast for all attendees.

 

Cost for this sponsorship - $5,000.00 (Full Sponsorship)

                                                      $2,500.00 (Partial Sponsorship)

 

Benefits – Signage acknowledging sponsorship during the continental breakfast sponsored

                  - Acknowledgement in the conference program as a continental breakfast sponsor

  - Acknowledgement on the conference website as a conference sponsor

General Session Sponsor – This sponsorship allows for a company to be showcased as the sponsor of one of

our three General Sessions.

                  - Acknowledgement in the conference program as a general session sponsor

                  - Verbal acknowledgement during the introduction of the general session speaker

as the sponsor of several of our breakouts.
