Registration Fees and Deadlines
Conference Dates—August 11-13, 2008

Each exhibit space is approximately 8’ X 10’ in size and comes with either a 6’ or 8’ table and 2 chairs.
Each Exhibit includes a maximum of two (2) Exhibitor Name Badges. Multiple table packages are also available.

Early Bird Rate
$275.00—Exhibit form must be received with payment prior to May 31, 2008

Standard Rate
$300.00—Exhibit form must be received with payment July 11, 2008

Late/On-site Rate
$350.00—All Exhibit forms received after July 11, 2008—Space Available
